"I stayed at the Renaissance Hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. While the hotel is new and very clean, the space felt quite small, including the lobby, and there was only one dining option available. The Lamill Coffee shop only offered to-go options, which was a bit inconvenient. The surrounding area near the convention center didn’t feel very safe for walking, with a couple of questionable bars nearby. We ended up taking an Uber every day to Waikiki (about a 10-minute drive) to enjoy our time...

"Hotel rooms and resort property are beautiful. Quick access to beach, pools, and shopping. Dining options are limited with long lines and wait times. Small grocery store is very expensive and overpriced. Staff are friendly, however, be careful as they try to get to you to your timeshares for alleged discounted rates on activities, ie., Luau and boat excursions. I am still waiting on my refund for the luau. "

"Awesome! Staff was excellent offering dinner recommendations (walkable, reasonably priced, excellent choices- signature happy hour,, food market, yogurstory -excellent breakfast!!! Rooms were great, beds comfortable Only complaint is very loud road noise. Would def stay again!! Reasonable rates for the area and walkable to Waikiki beach"

"We like this historical charming property with a nice garden and indoor/ outdoor sitting areas. The property is in Manoa residential area near the university. It feels like visiting relatives in Hawaii. It is not resort hotel type of experience. Lisa works so hard to get us ice water and figure out the AC for us. She is such a nice host. We will like to come back and suggest this place to others."

"Bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned during room service from the sands that came in with our cloth from the beach. Towels were not available for 2 days out of our 4 day stay for swimming pool or for beach as promised. Otherwise, clean and good staves. "
