"Nice location for the Christmas markets. Stayed in one of the suites which was nice however room servicing was a bit disappointing. Amenities not replenished automatically as an example. Used the executive lounge quite a bit which is a great place to refresh during the day especially when the tea coffee in the room is not replenished.. they have a happy hour where there is free food and drink but the snack options are not as good as the Marriott offering. "

"The location was outstanding, near the train station, buses, and trams into downtown. There are 3 supermarkets to choose from and a pharmacy only a few steps away. The apartment had all we needed for a short 5 night trip. We were able to do our laundry. I would stay here again!"

"Brand new contemporary upmarket hotel right next to the main train station. It’s a walk to the old town and museums (30 mins ), but super convenient if you are planning to travel via the station which is a 5min easy walk). It feels modern (no old school chintz) and the room was warm, bright and with super comfy beds and pillows and a great shower). "

"Not far from the centre of Vienna and shops. Easy walking distance to many of the attractions like the Spanish Riding School and also to an underground station. The room was comfortable and clean but a little too warm and the heating controls didn't seem to alter the temperature very much. Fortunately, the windows opened to let some cooler air in."

"The property is really in the middle of everything so everything were a short distance walk. We took an uber on some of the distance places but attraction places like saint peter church where they performed a musical quarter is literally a rock throw away as well as saint stephen church which is in the heart of the shopping strips. I finally had the courage to take a train to Budapest amd it was a blast. Get the first class express option for 4 more euro and its well worth it. The only hitch was our in our arrival when the pickup driver told us that we had 1 too many luggage for the vehicle that it was arranged for..and he started bad mouthing Orbitz for lack of communication but i said thats not the case coz i have save the email communication but he ultimately arranged another ride which was a taxi that accommodated us instead of the limo company for which we originally agreed upon. Upon arriving to the hotel I brought up the issue and the person and the name of the person to whom i was in communication with but he claimed no such person worked there even though it said it's coming from their front desk. It seems that only parts of the communication were recieved like I asked for 2 separate bedroom with one extra bed in one of them and that didn't happen. It seems that 3 beds for 3 people is incomprehensible..but overall everything went great and special kudos to the hotel staffs. Great work guys."
