"The location is great-a few mins walk from Holborn underground station. Check in/out was simple and straightforward. Apartment was pleasant and had everything you needed. It was very warm but so was the temperature on the whole. There was a shabby chic to some areas of the apartment e.g. not all the bulbs working in the bathroom, a bit of light decorating needed, towel rail was faulty, mildew in the shower and the towel rail could only be left on for 2 hours.
