"The property is located in a convenient location with lots of dining options. There is busy night life in the neighbourhood which may feel dodgy to walk solo at night but Japan is a very safe country as a whole. Rooms are small but clean. We booked separate rooms for each of us and the prices were very reasonable. The rooms were newly refurbished and very clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Public parking was available within a short walk. All in all, a comfortable quick stop on a road...

"The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. Even despite my rather broken Japanese, they were willing to work through it and help my wife and I through anything we needed (such as getting our room, taxi service, daily necessities, etc.) Also, there is an enourmous grocery store right next to it that is so, so much fun to explore and is also full of super helpful staff and curious townsfolk."

"長岡大花火大会の際に夫婦で利用しました。長岡駅からは新幹線で一駅の浦佐駅から徒歩3分ほどの立地で便利です。また、浦佐駅前にはコンビニもあり助かりました。ホテルの施設は古い為、ウォシュレットは付いてなく、また冷蔵庫も小さい為、たくさんの食料品はは入りません。冷凍庫はないので不便な点もあります。シャンプーがリンスインのタイプですが日本人の髪質には合わなくて、髪の毛がクシ通りが悪かなるので、コンディショナーを持参することをおすすめします。エアコンの効き具合は良かったです。フロントスタッフの方は優しい対応してくれました。"

"新潟の風景と日本酒が大好きで、年に3回ほど魚沼周辺に出かけているが、毎回違う宿泊施設を利用する様にしている。どこに御世話に成っても満足しているが、今回お世話に成った萬歳楽さんは本当に良かった。日帰り入浴もあるので、中々に賑やかな時間もあるが、とても良い温泉ですっかり気に入ってしまった。食事も地の物が主体で、特に自家製の豆腐と野菜が本当に美味しかった。勿論、日本海の魚介も美味しく堪能できた。地酒は言うに及ばず素晴らしい、自家製のどぶろくは旨すぎて飲みすぎ注意。朝食も地の物が主体で旨かった。この辺りに来るときには、必ずこの施設に期待と思う。最後にこの施設のスタッフの皆さんに感謝とお礼を申し上げたい。"
