Even despite my rather broken Japanese, they were willing to work through it and help my wife and I through anything we needed (such as getting our room, taxi service, daily necessities, etc.) Also, there is an enourmous grocery store right next to it that is so, so much fun to explore and is also full of super helpful staff and curious townsfolk."

"Overall the hotel is clean and the room is spacious but one thing grates me with these hotel chains they ask a hiring price for a kettle (1000yn) other than that they offer coffee/tea facilities down in the foyer.
