"The accommodation was clean and had all the utilities you would need for a short or longer stay. We cooked most night so it was very handy having a cooker, full fridge, cooking appliance and utensils. They cleaned our room once for our long stay. Walking distance to town and to the train station. I would definitely stay again "

"It was so great- their breakfast is free but it was so amazing! Many options and tastes excellent!"

"It is so close to Odori park and other interesting sights. It was easy to go where we wanted and have a comfortable room to rest in between adventures. I do wish they would allow stair access. When tour groups with their luggage were moving in or out, there was a very long wait for the two small elevators. Why can't we choose to use the stairs?"

"The place was a abt17 min walk from the Sapporo station , comfortable living place for family of 4 . Like the nightlights and usb charger near each of the beds, even provided laundry wash .. check on was east . There are convenience shops nearby and a small restaurant that is just beside the building . Strongly recommended for those with family "

"We had a good stay overall. They had a good buffet. The room was a bit small, as most rooms are in Japan, but it was clean. Only complaint was that there was a smell in the bathroom, probably from the bathroom curtain not being changed out at least weekly."

"I didn’t know what to expect as most of the hotels were fully booked for the Snow Festival. I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was close to Odori Park for the snow sculptures. It’s steps away from Tanukikoji shopping street and easy access to underground shopping mall hence to Susukino for the ice sculptures. There are multiple convenient shops close by. Subways are accessible via the underground shopping mall. It’s a bit of a walk from Sapporo Station in the snow so we took a taxi that cost...

"Great experience with a larger than expected room! Very clean and comfortable. The check in process is rather strange having to call the "front desk" and fill out our own forms was a bit of a process as well. Overall had a great time here though."

"Staying 2 nights in this hotel and the location is very convenience and strategically located nearby to Susukino, about 15 min by foot. There is a Lawson just right in front of the main entrance and also there is a famous ramen shop on the opposite side of the building. Room was clean, however, there will be no cleaning services if your stay is longer than 2 nights. Overall, I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Sapporo. "

"Self check in was very easy, and they gladly held our bags because we were early. Room was a little tight/small, but it was clean. We got a smoking room for some reason, so there was a noticeable (but not too heavy) smell of smoke. They provided a room and clothing spray, which was very thoughtful and we used it often. It's located very close to the train station so it was easy to get around. The free breakfast had a great spread of Japanese foods and some Western foods."

"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. The interior of the hotel is a bit older, there was construction going on during the core hours of the working day, and certain items in the room did not work like the radio that’s built into the bed. I’m not sure if this is simply due to the age of the item or the functional operational abilities. Overall, it was a great place for a quick stay in the city. "

"If you’re new to Sapporo then staying in this hotel is really convenient. Subway, Tram and bus stops are just 2-3 minutes walk. Famous Ramen alley is just across. Room cleaning is only done 4days once so that was inconvenient. Breakfast was tasty. "
