"The property was very clean, compared to other hotels that we’ve rented in Japan. I thought this was a little bit pricey. They also do not have any dining on the property. "It’s our favorite place to stay with family. Our parents are elderly and their room has wheelchair access to bathroom. There are wonderful restaurants in the building and the train station is right outside the entrance. The staff is amazing - they are so helpful and kind. "
