"Nothing except good things to say about the personnel. From the front desk person to the cleaners everybody was so nice and polite. However the rest was not great. We had booked 1 king bed with sofa bed room for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared. We called the front desk and the cleaning person stopped by with linens for us to take care of it it was not expected 😅 don’t get me wrong the cleaning person was really sweet and polite but we could not communicate...
