"Check-in was quick, and the front desk clerk was pleasant. I appreciated that. However, while the clerk noted that our child would be sleeping on the pull-out sofa bed, she didnt anticipate or comment that there wasn't any linens in the room. It would have been nice for her to note this. When I called down to the front desk to request linens, it took a very long time! The clerk commented that the housekeeping staff had other tasks and priorities, and there was only one housekeeper on duty. At...
