This is an old and worn hotel. The first room has a broken heater so we had to move rooms. The second room had ants. Beds were hard and worn. Breakfast was absolute bare bones. Staff was friendly.

Best value hotel in Portland. Safe and quiet on the PSU campus with the light rail outside the front door and the downtown trolley one block away. Also lots of great dinning options in walking distance and really close to downtown cultural spaces like the Portland Art Museum, Oregon Historical Society and Portland Symphony.
