What a solid stay. Front staff was exceptional, 2 free drink tickets for their bar, plus the breakfast buffet was above expectation (make you your own omelet if desired). Very happy with my stay at Oxford Suites.

On the whole our stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We thought in particular that the shower was a highlight except that a grab bar both inside as well as when stepping over the tub's rim would be wise for the safety of your customers, particularly for the more elderly or persons with limited mobility. Our greatest disappointment was the coffee maker. It's a dinosaur and one I've never encountered in hundreds of hotel stays. I'm not trying to make tea with a bag and string! We had to go down to the restaurant! I would suggest you install one of those Keurig (pod) style machines in your rooms or one that takes the prepackaged coffee placed in the top. Morning coffee convenience can make or break a potential customers' decision for subsequent stays (found in many surveys). Your hotel is competing with two Holiday Inn hotels on Portland's Hayden Island.

The breakfast food was almost inedible, the sausage was cold, the eggs were definitely powdered, the coffee in the room came from a tea bay and there was very limited creamer & sugar (1powder creamer/2small sugar packets). The shower took 5mins to warm up. The pull out bed from the couch was thin, came with one thin blanket, one small pillow, and when you laid down it on it you could feel the bars underneath you. Our entire stay we could hear the lacrosse team partying in the hallway.

We came a month ago and loved it so we decided to book here again. Our stay this time, again we loved the room, the evening front desk employees were super helpful and kind. We came on what appeared to be a busy weekend, the first evening when we went to use our bar coupons the bartender was extremely short and snippy. It was our anniversary and left a sour start to the evening. In our last stay we loved the breakfast bar. This time our first morning they were out of most items and not restocking, we assumed it was Because it was close to the end of the service time, our last morning we came down for breakfast at 8:00, breakfast is open 7-10 and when asked about made to order eggs/omelets the employee was extremely rude, stating they were done preparing them for the morning. I understand that it was a rather busy weekend but the service from employees during the business felt rude, and annoyed by our presence. I will definitely take it into Consideration when booking again.
