"As advertised, inexpensive and functional. The host was accommodating and the location is good, on Cowley Road, with a bus stop right across the street. The house is not new or recently refurbished and the furnishings are haphasard, but wvebrything was clean and functional. A good place to stay on a budget."

"The information provided on the hotels website was not what we were informed when we arrived. Breakfast finished half an hour earlier, and check-out was also 30 mins earlier than stated. There was no shared kitchen as indicated in the pictures, and we didn't see a laundry (though we did not ask). The information states that there is a restaurant - this is not the case. It is straight up a B&B and does not pretend to be more."

"We have stay here before, we did have a room in the front. We asked to moved and they were very good so we moved out the back .Would come again as we near the railway station to go into London. Very happy with our room and the host 😊 "
