"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. "I stayed here for one night to catch my flight at Heathrow Airport. Check in was easy, all the staff I dealt with were extremely friendly. I had an issue with the air conditioner and someone came to my room to assist. I opted for the breakfast and it was good with lots of options. I would stay here again."

"Super easy check in, secure parking garage which is locked and can only be accessed by people staying at the hotel. Incredibly clean room. Not a speck of dust in sight. Hot powerful shower and comfortable beds. We enjoyed it so much we have changed our booking from a different hotel later this week, to this hotel again. Easy access into london, even for people like us who rarely leave Devon. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to other people and look forward to checking in again tomorrow! "
