No puedo decir suficientes cosas buenas de Casa Factoria y de sus anfitriones o estaria escribiendo un dia entero!!! Esta en un lugar privilegiado, donde puedes ir andando a todos sitios. La recogida y llevada al aeropuerto, perfecta. El paseo en coche super chulo antiguo por toda La Habana, increible. Los desayunos en la azotea con la piscinita, ricos y agradables. El viaje a la playa, alucinante. Las conversaciones, divertidas e informativas.TODO, todo INMEJORABLE!!! I cannot write enough good things about this place and the hosts or I would be writing for a week! Everything was impecable, entertaining and worth it. From the moment they picked us up at the airport to the moment they dropped us off, it was absolutely perfect. The location is incredible, you can walk everywhere, the tour of Havana in their super cool old car was super entertaining and informative. The breakfast in the little rooftop, yummy, the little pool was beautiful. It is super clean, and the rooms have air-which we seldom used because it was cool at night. If we ever go back to Havana-cross my fingers-we will definitely stay there!

We highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful place in havana. The pool was small but great to relax from the hussle of havana. the people working there were amazing. They helped us book all we needed and really made us feel at home. this casa is right next to the capitol and a very easy walk to old city. We had breakfast daily and it was pretty good. We had dinner there most night and it was really good. The room was spacious and enough. I highly recommend this place if you are solo or family travelers

This Casa has the most friendly hosts and they did everything to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. From recommending a show to offering taxi services and exchanging currency they were able to help. I would stay there again in a heart beat. Plus having a pool in Havana is really cool!

Dailen and Santiago have a great Casa! They are so friendly and make you feel extremely welcome. Their rooftop terrace is perfect to eat breakfast on and the pool is great to dip in to to cool down in during the warm Havana afternoons! They both go above and beyond. When we were there I was ill and they showef genuine care for me and helped me a lot. On our return to Havana at the end of our trip, even though we weren't staying a night with them, they welcomed us like old friends for us too store our bags them for the day and even dip in the pool again to chill off before we took our flight home. Highly recommend Dailen, Santiago and Factoria! Will def stay here when we got back to Havana! Stacy & Stu

Dialen and Santiago are excellent hosts in this well maintained home just a few minutes from the Capital and old town. Even a pool to cool off in on the roof. Our home from home in Havana. We chose the room with a well equipped kitchenette but both room have en-suites, tv, a/c and coffee making facilities.

Casa Factoría is a fantastic place to stay! Brilliant location, with the loveliest most helpful hosts who gave us all the best trips and made our stay in Havana the best it could possibly be! They even took us for a tour around the city in their beautiful vintage car, it was the highlight of our trip! I would recommend Casa Factoria to anyone wanting an authentic yet comfortable and relaxing stay in Havana

Lovely home with wonderful people
We had a wonderful night at Casa Factoria in Old Havana. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a kitchenette – a really nice bonus. We loved being able to sit up on the rooftop terrace which even has a small pool! The location is perfect for exploring this incredible, bustling city, and it was wonderful having our quiet, secure retreat to come “home” to. It was nice that there was a little safe in the room so we didn’t have to carry all our documents with us when we went out. We cannot say enough about how welcoming and helpful our hosts were - we really did feel like part of the family. We had so much fun taking the Havana tour they offered in the Chevy convertible. We even decided to just book the convertible to drop us off at the airport the next day - so fun to arrive in style! We recommend staying at Casa Factoria to anyone – we plan to, when we visit Cuba again!

Casa factoria
Our stay in Havana was wonderful. Our hosts at casa factoria ensured that we had everything we needed and the roof terrace breakfast was delightful. Our host was able to offer us a tour around the city and over to Ernest Hemmingways wonderful villa "vigia finca". The host also offers airport transfer in the old chevrolet. We loved driving around in the old open top car. The room was small but very comfortable and had AC which worked well aswell as functional ensuite bathroom. Overall we would reccomend staying at casa factoria. The free walking tour around the old city shortly after we arrived was a great way of getting your bearings.
