"I stayed in Aura hotel for 5 nights. It is nice and clean, located within a walking distance from Times Square. Check in and check out were easy. Front desk staff were polite but not always available when I called them. Dining was available with numerous restaurants in the area and a delivery service. "

"The location is amazing. The WiFi was spotty at best. The HVAC system was the biggest issue. I like to sleep in a cold room. The AC was turned off for the season. It got up to 80 degrees one day and there was no AC. I was offered a fan. The windows opened slightly so I was able to get some fresh air, however the street noise was very loud with the windows open, even with the fan. They need to get the heat/air redone so each room can control the temp. There was a thermostat in the room but they...

"For a new hotel it’s somewhat run down. Look such nicer in the photos. The lobby area is not great. Rooms are a good size for nyc. Bathroom has no door so not very private! Food at the hotel is hit or miss as well as being over priced. Location is ok overall would not stay here again. "
