"Staying at Oakwood Residence Hangzhou served our objective well. We were looking for a hotel that provides washer as we were traveling light. The area is pretty centralised, walkable to the famous West Lake, also have restaurants and convenient stores. "

"The hotel staff were nice, efficient and accommodating, and helped to make my stay really easy and wonderful. The room is spacious, the bathroom is huge. Everything was so clean, and they also provided good quality bathroom amenities. It was really a great experience. Thanks - esp to Jason, Ada and Chris at the front desk. "

"Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

"Hotel is closed for renovation till 26 Jan 25. In case you are at the hotel, do knock the doors. The hotel receptionist is still inside the renovation ongoing hotel. She will call a taxi to bring you to your rebooked accommodation which is located near Wulinmen. Rebooked accommodation is ok. About the same. Pics as shown."
