This luxury hotel offers a fantastic location, situated directly in front of West Lake and the shopping walking street areaIn, with the metro station just a few minutes’ walk away. However, the only drawback is that the water pressure is relatively low compared to other luxury hotels.

The location of the hotel is good, next to the West Lake and walking distance to dining places, shopping and a subway station. However, there is a night market right outside the hotel and it is extremely crowded and noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and in good condition. Size of room is standard and Ok.
