"Attractive, self contained resort with high end furnishings, room space and facilities. The ferries are not too frequent, so you do need to make time for commuting to and from the main land. Staff are good however were a little slow with some communication. Otherwise a great stay for a few nights. "

"The property is beautiful and in the off season the price was reasonable. The breakfast is over the top, lots of choices. The coffee was the only breakfast issue and the staff needs to be trained in this area, it was often cold or prepared improperly. The beach is wonderful but the area behind the lounges needs to be cleaned, it looked terrible. The construction on the port side was super loud and created industrial smell that was unpleasant. "The hotel was clean and staffs were friendly. When we were there, it was very quiet and nice. We stayed in the bay view room. The sunset was beautiful and the night view was fun. However, we expected the spa in the hotel as we saw the hotel has a spa on hotels.com hotel page and realised on their site it says “coming soon”. It was a bit disappointing. Apart from that, we were happy throughout. Thanks for hosting us."
