"Everything was pretty good, the fan didn't initially work but the staff were helpful in coming in to fix it. However, the fix made it stuck on one speed setting but it wasn't too big of a deal. Cleaning was consistent and good, only odd thing was that they never replaced our towels even when we placed dirty ones on the floor as instructed."

"The rooms were clean and modern and very comfortable. Cleaning service was very good. The main pool was good size and clean, there is fun rooftop area with good views and soaking tubs. Our breakfast was included, you ordered off a menu and it was tasty and filling. If you have rented a car and want to see a lot of sites, Centotes, mayan ruins, etc great location. You can still walk to good restaurants in Tulum and ten minute bike ride to beach. There is really no public beach in Tulum and had much seaweed. Jaguar beach is US$20 per person entry fee. The Jaguar park beach is very nice and we did stop at Paraiso beach club which had nice facilities along with the very nice Jaguar park beach."

They use the whatsup app for easy, fast communication regarding reservations and anything you need. The housekeeping team checks in with you too. As a solo female I felt safe the entire time. "It was a great place, safe location, easy access 25/7, not too far from Centro Tulum, a car rental was ideal for us, as we had the opportunity to visit many Tulum gems around the area, Host was was so gracious, in helping with day to day things, and overall was a very stress free place to stay, a cab ride not too bad, but weekly car rental was great to go to ruins, cenote, and beach daily, and made the trip. Very clean and friendly place. "
