"Ivo (the hotel manager on the ground) and his team have done a fantastic job of creating a clean yet jungle-feely spot in the best location of Tulum. The hotel has a partnership with 2 nearby beachfront hotels so you can access their private beaches freely, literally a 2-min walk and you’re on the beach. Definitely staying here again next time. "

"Celebrated our baby moon at Sivana. Staff were very kind and sweet and we enjoyed seeing the dog & cats daily. This hotel is more rustic than others nearby. Water turned off one day for a few hours, AC is low and available only at night, and our room frequently got bugs. However, we are in the jungle and we appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was. We also love when breakfast is included. "

"My stay at Libelula was truly wonderful! The hotel is located in the most pristine part of the Tulum beach, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the food is excellent, and the rooms are beautiful. A real gem of a place, highly recommend ! "

"We went in the off season and most everything on the site was not usable. However, Elizabeth is great. This place has great potential for a big party. Would like to see this place during peak tourism season."

"I loved everything about this place! If you are looking for a legit eco lodge experience, this is the place. It’s just far enough from all the hustle and bustle of Tulum. Nestled in the mangrove jungle, surrounded by exotic fauna and wildlife. The grounds are stunning and well kept and the lodge was stocked with every amenity one could think of. We will definitely return to this hidden paradise. "

Lovely Place. Beautiful Beach

"It was amazing. The view from our villa was incredible. The pool was lovely and there were plenty of beach spots for everyone. There was some noise from the clubs in the area but it usually subsided by 10 pm. The included breakfast was adequate. Definitely not wheelchair friendly. There isn’t a lot going on in the area mostly tattoo parlors and pharmacies. "

"They says pet friendly but received hostility when in rough fly pet Told there is zero tolerance for pet, the ‘welcome’ was stressful, frustrating and false accusations left me feeling unsafe here. The manager, Andrea is unprofessional and argumentative There are railings missing from the 2nd floor porch which feels unsafe "
