"One of the best hotel's I've stayed in. Accessible as an English speaker, beautiful view of Mt. Fuji, located near the theme park that I would highly reccomend. The view alone is worth it."

"We stayed for three nights and it was marvellous. It is a larger, more hotel like ryokan but still has a very tranquil atmosphere, and was great for families like ours. There are two public onsen — they switch between men and women daily — and both are spacious and serene. It was such an experience soaking in the onsen under the stars, looking out onto the mountains. The rooms are spacious and the private balcony bath which fills with hot spring water at the touch of a button is a lovely touch. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both very good for buffet offerings. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help."

"Great hotel! Saw the Fuji mt in room is wonderful! Great food and services. We did not go out though so can’t comment on the nearby activities. The view at 5th floor is fantastic. "

"This property is great and had very friendly staff! The price was incredible and we booked day of! The only complaint is have is the bed was really hard! But other than that our stay was amazing! They also have lockers you can use on the day of checkout to store luggage until you leave the Mt. Fuji area! "

"Amazing hotel with stunning views of Lake Ashi. All-inclusive resort style, with Breakfast and dinner buffet included. Onsen with indoor and open air pools, all necessary toiletries provided, toothbrush/toothpaste, razors, q tips, combs, amazing skin care products! The Hakone Ropeway is just a 3-5 minute walk. It was a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!"
