"We’ve been staying at the Santa Barbara for many years and have always found it to suit our needs. It’s an apartment-hotel, and as such is different from the normal type of hotel you find in the main resorts, which is why we like it, but those looking for an all-inclusive style experience should look elsewhere. Staff are great, and the apartments are well equipped and spacious. The area around the hotel is quiet, but lovely, and San Blas and Los Abrigos are walkable and great places to eat or simply enjoy a drink and the view. "

"The hotel is superb throughout, immaculately clean. Certain areas are a bit dated but the hotel is stunning through out especially the main dining areas. Location excellent, staff are brilliance and you are well looked after. "

"Brilliant stay at the hard rock hotel. 3 pools to choose from, manage to get a lounger no problem. Breakfast was brilliant and you could get a mimosa as you came in to breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the singers that were on in the evenings, particularly the Queen tribute band. This hotel is a bit further out but we got a taxi for about 22 euros into las americas one night. Check out staff were helpful and stored our luggage and let us keep the towel card until we were leaving. On check in they tried to charge us but we had already paid on Expedia, the manager sorted this and said it was an error on their systems, worth having your booking confirmation handy in case of any issues. We loved our stay! "

"Great hotel, two night stay before moving into a fabulous apartment. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, alloed us to stay in the hotel room until the apartment was ready. Lovely restaurant and pool bar, again the staff wete great."

"Despite the large size of the property, the grounds were clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our room (489) was excellent and we would request it in the future. Dining was everything promised. The seafood was excellent. Sea salt-encrusted sea bass is a MUST! We had a minor issue that one of the property managers, Manuel more than addressed. He promptly corrected the matter and extended a beautiful, private seating with the sunset in the background with champagne and rose pedals all around us. Great property and great location. We will be coming back to Ritz, Abama. "
