"Good place to stay in the heart of very nice small town of Vilaflor. Really good value for money. There is a well-equipped guest kitchen. A supermarket is located next door, but has only small selection, and the same applies to the two other local supermarkets. Bus connections here are fairly good, but only one bus per day to Teide, which can be full to the last seat. "This is a superb hotel in a lovely neighborhood. We were half board and the food was excellent. Breakfast is also excellent but what made the restaurant so good is the staff and the manager Jose. The pool area is beautifully kept and there are plenty of sun loungers. The team at reception are lovely people and the staff who cleaned our room were extremely professional. "I thought the hotel in general was amazing. The only downside (not the hotels fault) were the rooms were all north facing. This meant no sunshine all day and the rooms felt a bit cold because of this. Overall though the hotel was marvellous."

"Fabulous hotel.Have stayed here several times & will be staying again. Lots of restaurants great entertainment especially the piano bar. "Out 5th stay at the Vallemar and standards remain consistently high. An excellent frontline hotel with a wonderful roof terrace and pool. Super noisy, couldn't sleep

"The walls of the rooms are paper thin, you can hear the conversation coming from the neighbouring guests, even them using the toilet. I was staying for 4 nights and after my first night I asked to cancel the 4th night so I could have a good night's sleep before my travelling day and they offered no compromise"
