"Great room! Lovely big bed. The golf view terrace with sun loungers was amazing if you wanted an alternative to pool side. Great pool area with one accessible pool via ramp. Indian restaurant located in hotel was pretty good. Unfortunately multiple balcony door locks where broken meaning the room was unsecure. This was fixed after asking at reception within a couple of hours. Not ideal as this should be checked by hotel but happy the issue was resolved. Expensive hotel shop but loads of choice within a 20 minute walk. Would stay again!"

"Such a fantastic hotel! Would highly recommend fantastic location and would defiantly stay here again if we travelled to Tenerife again. Cleaners were wonderful and very friendly."

"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "

"Week holiday. Hotel all inclusive, laguna beach apartment. So much choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner that everyone could find some tasty bites. Grill restaurant was 4 days closed but we could enjoy one evening and it was delicious. You can grab bottle of wine for dinner included in all inclusive. Swimming pool nice and clean. Laguna pool a bit cold but then quiet. Every night animation programs nice to see siping a drink. Animators are much active, friendly and supportive. Location of the hotel is great. 15 minutes walk to both grey and yellow beaches. Nice commercial area around. Free Parking sometimes difficult but always managed to find a space. Reception staff friendly and good English. "

"Wonderful from start to finish! We are already planning our return trip for next year. Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms! Overall lovely stay, ideal location, fabulous cocktails, great evening entertainment and wide variety of food selections for both breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend!! "
