"We really loved our stay in KL thanks to this gem of a hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Staff were very kind and helpful. The studio room is perfect for single or couples. Bed is clean and comfy and the shower quite nice. There's even a bathtub. Slightly noisy at night. The small buffet breakfast is fine. Didn't get to check out the pool. Very handy to be adjoining Central Market."

"Room was okay, as expected. Staff could be a bit more accommodating, some staff members spoke little Malay/English and came off as rude. Do not plan to rely on the hotel's wifi. The wifi did not work for most sites and was extremely slow in the case that it did. Area is really good, convenient to most places."
