"First time at this hotel & loving it. Given the 4 stars rating because I had requested for wake up call follow up call 45mins later due to super important meeting that I need to attend; the hotel didn’t wake me up. Anyway, everything else is value for value. The service is great, very convenient location, rooms is spacious. You can’t go wrong with this hotel."

"The location was very good, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to Petronas Towers, just a short walk away. Hop on hop off bus was just around the corner, stop number 8, well worth a 2 day pass."
