"We have stayed here for the past three years staying in excess of 20 days each time. We cannot fault the hotel. Good pool excellent breakfast choices and the location is its biggest asset. Really friendly staff and MRT/monorail and buses. Purple line for Chinatown, Green Line for KLCC and Blue Line for Little India."

"We felt safe and it is a convenient location for Chinatown and the historic area. Very few westerners in hotel and whilst there is a huge choice for breakfast there is not much European option. Pool and gym good."

"This is a very central hotel in the Pavillion area and the price is a little higher accordingly. Staff very helpful. Room good although it seems there are Deluxe and ANSA Deluxe rooms. The latter have apparently been renovated. I have one of the slightly cheaper Deluxe rooms. Still nice but I expect it will be in line for an upgrade."

"It took 40 minutes to just check in. It was terrible experience for me, and super exhausting after 4-5 train trip from Penang. There were no hand towels, no soaps, no shampoo, and the agent of this room recommended for us the different room which I booked. Is that normal??? Is that a genuine service?? If you cal this your genuine service, I will definitely not use Expedia for booking hotels. This is cheating. Terrible experience. That's it."

"The 30m² room was extremely spacious n the sofa was definitely a plus. Best part of this hotel is the provision of free-flow filtered water in the bathroom which not only cuts down use of plastic bottles, but allows guests to have an unlimited supply of drinking water round the clock. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay even though it was the just the basic deluxe room."

"Great stayed , Great location to access public transport within walking distance to LRT, MRT and Rapid KL buses. Near to main tourist attractions. The set back was Superior room ,and bathroom a little small, and the floor carpet with oily stains and little smelly. The breakfast was average with little choices,but enough to fill up stomach. Worth the price for the stayed."
