"It took 40 minutes to just check in. It was terrible experience for me, and super exhausting after 4-5 train trip from Penang. There were no hand towels, no soaps, no shampoo, and the agent of this room recommended for us the different room which I booked. Is that normal??? Is that a genuine service?? If you cal this your genuine service, I will definitely not use Expedia for booking hotels. This is cheating. Terrible experience. That's it."

There was no window in the room and the ventilation fan in the bathroom and air-conditioning in the room were very noisy. The towels had stains and were torn with holes and tear. Totally unacceptable staying conditions."
