"Absolutely wonderful stay, Dylan checked us in and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room was spacious and well appointed with a cracking view over the station concourse as promised. Almost not noise could be heard from outside. We enjoyed the Champagne Bar and had a couple of cocktails made by James, these were superb. The food at breakfast was excellent, the only gripe we could have was having to pay extra for Eggs Benedict and the service was a little chaotic in the busy breakfast hall....
