"The property staff is limited, room cleaning every 3rd day, rooms are tidy but small. We wanted to use a luggage service to ship our large luggage to the airport and the front desk tokd us 1 day in advance is ok and it turned out they needed 2 days so we had a problem hauling luggage from Kyoto to Haneda on public transportation. The location is very convenient on the main shopping street of Gion next to a Starbucks. "
