"I was very skeptical about this hotel based on the negative reviews, however we had a good experience. The room was in OK condition, but not complaining. Only issue was restaurant staff was awful. Worker just put her own tip without my permission...refused to give me a receipt. Other than that no issues. "

The hotel is nested between other hotels and across the street from the Port Authority bus terminals, so there isn’t anything in the direct vicinity for shopping, dining, or entertainment. Free breakfast from 6:30-10:30 M-F and 7-11 on the weekends. The elevators are small and very busy around 9am so not a great time to try and leave if you are in a hurry.
