"Lovely place to stay staff friendly clean beds comfortable .stairs very steep need to take your time with them people with poor mobility would find them hard to cope .there is room for 2 cars to park opposite hotel or need to park in carpark a 2-5 minute walk away .you can purchase a parking pass for Ā£5 per day to stay there and it also cover other cars named on list in different car parks food served is very good in the restaurant not too pricey ."

With the Hotel room only refurbished in October 24, they were well finished and furnished. "Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us."

"Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly.
