"二人の子供達のお祝いで伺いました。到着早々、スタッフの方々からお声かけ頂きラウンジのチケットを頂きました。お部屋は上階で長めも素晴らしく3人でもゆったりとくつろぐことができました。大浴場温泉は日替わりで男女が入れ替わりでしたので、二つの大浴場を楽しむ事が出来ました。夕食は会席を選びましたが、季節を感じさせる素晴らしい演出で目と舌両方で味わいお腹一杯。朝食のビュッフェも種類が多くとても全部は頂ききれませんでした。スタッフの皆様の温かい心使いのおかげで心に残る滞在となりました。次に箱根を訪問する際にも滞在したいです。"

"Wonderful breakfast but many people. Hotel location is good with a very big supermarket with 5 mins walk (Watahan 綿半) Onsen is also very good."

"Nice place for a family to stay in Hakone. Nothing really in walking distance, but the hotel does provide a free shuttle service, including from Odawara so contact them too find out more."

"The room was spacious for us for a family of 3 with a toddler. There was enough room for our 2pcs of luggage. The bed was firm but it wasn’t so bad for a one night stay. The included breakfast they offer was amazing! 20min walk to Kawaguchiko station and under 3min walk from a bus stop. Overall it was a pleasant stay! "

"Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Kawaguchiko. It is more convenient if you’re driving as the carpark is big enough. Staff are really helpful and polite and speaks good English. View of Mount Fuji is fantastic from the room. Onsen is also lovely and has an indoor jacuzzi and an outdoor bath. "

"I had the most relaxing and healing stay at Ajisai. It is in a beautiful quiet setting and the hot springs are fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and even helped me retrieve a lost item. The dinner was very memorable and totally worth it - traditional Japanese food that was quite delicious. I will visit here again someday!"

"We were beyond impressed with our stay! The lake view was beautiful and looked exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean, modern, and spacious. We really appreciated and enjoyed the complimentary beverages (including alcohols), snacks, and even dessert cake! The only small hiccup was during the check-in process where after filling out all the information, we needed to be connected to a virtual agent for live verification. There was no agent available for about 5 minutes - we kept trying and was able to eventually connect with an agent, but it was a little panicky during those 5 minutes."
