"The hotel is in a central French Quarter location and rooms are quiet even though the hotel is on Bourbon St. Nice lobby and nice, clean rooms. The shower didn't have hot water. After a while it got quite warm but never hot. There was no housekeeping. And when my 90-year-old mother needed an extra hour to check out, they charged her $70. There is also a $20/night resort fee that is taken at the hotel and not disclosed in the pricing."

"The rooms were very nice and very clean. The beds were pretty small double beds just don’t cut it nowadays for us old people and the glass doors that are in the bathroom are totally obnoxious. I don’t know who thought of glass doors for a bathroom, but they need their head examined, every time somebody had to go to the bathroom, a light had to be flipped on and the rest of the room had to be woken up from bright lights maybe putting nightlight in all the bathrooms would be much better.
