Staff are informative and helpful and all in all lovely. However, the premises is musty, & smells moldy, and the fact that it took me running the water for over an hour to even get lukewarm water is completely unacceptable. It is just a couple blocks off of Canal Street and the location is awesome. The smell the water really take away from all the positive aspects of staying here.

Right in French quarters so everything is walkable. Staff is amazing. Kept the place clean. Room was nice and cold. Hot showers. My only complaint is the building is old but they can’t help it.

Great staff Great location Property needs a serious update: Dark rooms, small bathroom with shower in need of a deep cleaning. Hallways look tired and worn. With the other hotel chains updating their properties in the quarter ….holiday inn people you need to get this done!!!

This was an outstanding property. Excellent location to Bourbon Street and surrounding restaurants in the French Quarter. The staff could not have been friendlier or more hospitable. We were there during the terrorist attack on Bourbon Street and they went above and beyond to accommodate everyone and add a night stay so we could see the Sugar Bowl. I highly recommend this property.
