"Almost everything was perfect and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only issue was the room had poor insulation and would get quite cold starting from the window and the heating system kept shutting off once in a while which made it challenging to maintain a good room temperature. The room itself was splendid and very functional. Too many little details to list that made the stay very comfortable."

"Staff at front desk was very pleasant and had us check in early. It was my daughter’s birthday and they were very kind to upgrade our room. Wonderful spacious room with great view of the Chrysler building. We loved our stay, thank you! "
