"Had a brief, but lovely stay with Jasmine in her lovely home. The daffodil room was cute and bright, faced the road but very quiet. Lovely comfy bed, room is on the smaller side room but perfect for a couple or a short stay. Shower was great and provided basic shower gel and shampoo and towels. The only downside of the room was the glass paneled door into the bathroom, but we just hung a towel on the hooks to cover it so it wasn't too much of an issue. Would have been nice to have tea / coffee...

"The property was very nice and clean. Brand new and everything was in order. My only complaint would be that it was on the top floor and it was all stairs so if you had to have a lot of luggage, I definitely would not recommend apartment 13. For me who is traveling with A Backpack it was perfect"

"My daughter had a long layover in London and was excited to get in around 6, check in and walk around the city but instead had a three hour flight delay and major problems with her phone. Even though she didn’t get there til almost 11, by some miracle she was able to get checked in, safe and sound."

" I stayed one night in Novotel Wembley Park on 19th January 2025. It was my cousins 80th birthday and she was in a wheelchair. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so kind and helpful. Pleasant mid-price stay

"Lovely Art Deco lobby, alert, friendly staff and relatively quiet room (facing the park which has busy roads surrounding it). Our room was compact but beautifully fitted out, very clean and the twin beds were super comfortable - if a little too hot. The breakfast area is very large and a bit gloomy but the food, although expensive, was varied and frequently replenished by the staff. In all, a pleasant stay."

"Great location, ideal for what we wanted. Parking a big expensive but hard to find anywhere so good with parking under the building. Beds were so comfortable, a real treat. Everything just worked for us and no worries about coming back late. "
