Friendliness of staff and great service from the moment we walked in. "Enjoyed our time at St David's -- a charming property in a historic building. Read in fine print after we checked in that there's no lift (elevator) -- we had the luck of being on the very top floor so five flights of stairs was quite the workout. The room was small but well decorated and appointed. Beds were comfortable and linens were lovely. Staff were super friendly. Only complaint is that our room was HOT -- we kept radiator off and window open all night (in December!) to be comfortable...
