Only thing was our fridge had an odd smell so we couldnt use it and the elevators were slow as there was only one working for entire hotel. "

"It was our very first time at the Langham, yet we were spoiled from the moment we stepped in, as one would expect if a frequent visitor. We were surprisingly updated to a 1 bedroom suite and this made our stay even more comfortable. All the staff was extremely friendly and ready to satisfy our requests. On top of all this the location of the Langham is just perfect to easily get around on foot. Overall a 5 star stay and a very well done to all the staff."
