"The hotel staff were amazing and the property condition was great. But be aware this hotel is in the heart of soho so is quite noisy on the lower floors. However the upper floors are more comfortable and as long as you’re prepared for the level of noise from being in party central of Hong Long you’ll have a great time. We had a great stay, although we did ask to moved rooms after the first night. However based on the number of reviews that state this, this is really our fault not the hotels...
