"This is a true Swiss lodge at nearly the top of nowhere. The staff is friendly but it helps to have a little German or French. Be sure you specify exactly what you want in a room..like a shower AND toilet, or you may be sharing. You need to be fit enough to walk up to 4 flights with all your stuff. Our top floor room was lovely with 2 comfy twin beds, multiple windows and even a small sleeping loft (for kids?). Pump hand soap was available but if you want bath gel, shampoo, etc, you should bring...

The hot tub/spa is 25 euros per person for 2 hours, honestly this is way too expensive and not clear on hotel listing. "Overall fantastic - views are second to none. The hiking around the area is unreal and it’s great to be there before the first train and tourists descend. Dinner was amazing and servers were extremely attentive. Only feedback is that for the price they could have proper coffee machines in the room! Small thing but in other cheaper hotels there were real coffee machines whereas this was cheap sachets… with nothing else around it would be nice to have a proper coffee. Everything else was amazing...
