"Great staff"

"Great stay. The hotel is located right off of Trafalgar Square making most of central London walkable to visitors. There are also many options for public transportation very near the hotel. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet, plus there are several other breakfast options just a few steps out the door. The Pizza place next door is great, too. Our room was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature control.The CQ Lounge is a great amenity if you arrive too early for check-in, or just want to relax somewhere besides your room. We also loved the refillable water stations throughout the hotel."

"This guy s perhaps the nicest hotel in the UK I have ever stayed in. Every aspect mentioned scores a 10. Furthermore, the steak I ordered as room service was perhaps the best steak I’ve ever had in a hotel and also on a par with some of my favourite restaurants I’ve eaten in, during the last 5 years Room ready as soon as I arrived. Hotel staff excellent. Facilities excellent and the whole stay had a nice ambience. Breakfast spread outstanding Quiet and so clean you could have eaten food off the floor A memorable stay for all the right reasons with a plethora of such reasons "
