"Helpful staff, clean facility and good effort trying to be sustainable by giving guests the choice of having the room cleaned or a cash back (500 JPY coupon) without the cleaning service. If you didn't have the cleaning service, you could ask for new towels. I love the communal bath on the top floor as well and on the in-room TV screen, we can see how busy the bath is. "My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days.
