Helpful staff, clean facility and good effort trying to be sustainable by giving guests the choice of having the room cleaned or a cash back (500 JPY coupon) without the cleaning service. If you didn't have the cleaning service, you could ask for new towels. I love the communal bath on the top floor as well and on the in-room TV screen, we can see how busy the bath is. Very convenient!

Extremely well cleaned. Very courteous staff. Plentiful breakfast. Would definitely book again. Baths could upgrade to spruce wash bowls for a more pleasant aroma.

Hotel is fairly new...rooms were good size...There's a ramp connecting the train station to hotel which is super convenient...a bit far from Tokyo about 25mi on the rapid train...but overall it was a fantastic stay...
