"The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a lovely safe, quiet stay. The cleaning was lacking a little; I found a couple of empty beer bottles under my bed when I went to search for something. I also thought it could be more helpful if there were labels on how to use the coffee machine, toast maker etc in the dining room, however, the food was delicious! "The apartment was clean with good light. There were 4 of us (2 couples) not enough seating in living area. Not well stocked for cooking. We had expected 2 bathrooms, but we only had one bathroom with no opportunity to move to an apartment with 2 bathrooms. Easy walking to museum and water front and cafe/dinning. "

"Nice room, only complaint was there was no desk. There was a table but not the correct height to comfortably work from for long periods so would make sure the room I pick has one from now on. Would stay again. Very convenient. Carpark is tricky maneuvering but grateful my park was on the ground floor. Great friendly and helpful staff. "

"We were in a habitat room which was really big, comfy beds, wardrobe to store our bags and good bathroom. There were minimal cups and cutlery in the kitchen area. The design of the rooms and hallways were fabulous. Bar and restaurant great, although breakfast ended at 9.30am should be extended out. The girls on reception were young and nice enough, provided basic minimal customer service which comes with that generation. Apart from that we enjoyed out stay."

"Could not plug in needed transformers for medical device. Outlets were too close to the counter. Staff tried to find an extension cord but it wouldn't work because of lip on cord. Staff had no clue where I could purchase a power strip...they were "young". Self check-in didn't print my room information... staff didn't know how to reprint. What a run around. I'm going to try somewhere else next trip."
