"The room itself was ok. clean and had everything that was required. The hallway leading up into the flats was all back to the brick and the view from the window on the stairwell was horrible and had visible litter on it as well as other things. There was a funny smell on the stairway coming from one of the flats. I met the local resident from the opposing flat who seemed fine. "Beautiful old home, warm & welcoming. We stayed in off season so restaurant & bar closed but staff accommodated drinks & take away for us. Breakfast was available so ate in restaurant then checked out without any issues. Comfortable bed and spacious room & bathroom. Had a very enjoyable stay thanks to staff!"

"Great situation for the shops just a 5/10 minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is good. Rooms spacious and comfortable and clean the only thing that is a let down is the bathroom it’s a bit outdated found the shower slippy and no where to put your shower gel and shampoo.
