When he opened the door at the street I was alarmed to see what looked like a rather messy backyard, with a large tent-like structure and a concrete chiminea, as well as drums, odd sculptures and used mats lying about. "We just spent a week to celebrate my wife’s birthday, I reach out to concierge to plan a special day for my wife, Karina was awesome, she arranged a romantic welcome with champagne, flowers and chocolate. She also helped me with setting up a spa day, and had ballons set up on my wife’s birthday. Karina is very professional and she even answer her phone on her days off. Thank you karina for helping us in Japan amazing vacation, we will definitely comeback to hotel real de Mina’s."
