"Pros: Good customer service, hotel facilitated an early check-in and providing different pillows. Bed was comfortable, location was great - walking distance to Melbourne Park for the AO, the airconditioner worked well, great blackout curtains and housekeeping service. "Huge room for superior king size, loved the space, clean, comfy bed, soft towels, great breakfast and very close to the domestic airport. But beware, got charged $35 taxi ride to the hotel, wasn't going to quivel as it was late, raining and very windy and just over $10 by an honest taxi driver back to the airport to catch a train.
