"I use a mobility scooter and had to beg the staff on a daily basis to bring it into the hotel. They made life very unpleasant for me every time I came through the door."

"property was great for an overnight stay. Our room had a little kitchenette which would be excellent for extended stays. A small balcony available it you wish to sit outside (the view was the neighbouring office building- so don't stay if you want amazing views!). It was perfect for our travel needs. The only negative was the air conditioning wasn't working well- it might need a clean out. But this won't stop me from staying there again."

"Returning clients, we enjoy staying at Quest Dockside. A quieter part of Melbourne, with convenient local transport (tram at the end of the street) which is easy to access. Parking is available at a charge but is limited . The units are well appointed and we had a beautiful unit this time - possibly our best. WI’ll return for our next visit to Melbourne."
