"I was upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment from a studio for no extra charge. Lights and air conditioning were on for my arrival which I appreciated. The apartment was spacious and for the most part spotless. It had a great walk-in shower. The kitchen was a bonus and I was able to cook dinner on both evenings. The bed, whilst firm, was very comfortable and attractively made up. Towels and bathroom supplies were generous. It was exceptionally quiet at the hotel. The staff at reception were...
